Quit smoking cigarettes rewards.

A cigarette is a reward that we can give ourselves as often as we wish. By the end of the first day after quitting smoking, you've decreased your chances of having a heart attack. Their cost was what I would have spent on cigarettes in that time period. Have a system of rewards, a support system, a person to call if you're in trouble. It will tell you that one cigarette won't hurt.
